Why I built SiteThesis

I have spent more than 20 years working on restaurant and retail location strategy, new-store planning, reinvestment and portfolio decisions. I built SiteThesis to bring that experience to operators, franchise owners and real estate teams who need independent analysis for a location or portfolio decision.

A strong demographic profile alone does not establish whether a location will perform. Customer demand, access, competitive positioning and unit economics need to support the proposed business. My focus is on understanding those relationships before committing to a lease, buildout or expansion plan.

What we do

We review proposed locations, compare candidate sites, assess markets and help plan existing portfolios. The full site analysis receives analyst review and includes the findings, financial scenarios and a clear recommendation.

How we work with clients

Start with the information you have. We confirm the scope, ask for any missing details and explain what the analysis can answer. If the work needs a custom approach, we discuss the scope, fee and timing with you.
