SiteThesis is a product and operating division of SubSaharaData LLC. It extends SubSaharaData's decision-intelligence platform into commercial location strategy, helping entrepreneurs, operators and investors evaluate where a physical business can work before they commit capital to a lease, buildout or market-entry plan.

How we work

We connect market demand, customer access, competitive conditions and unit economics. Each standard report receives analyst review before delivery. The recommendation identifies the conditions required to enter, the conditions that should stop the investment and the risks that need further diligence.

What we believe

A high-growth market does not automatically support a profitable unit. Strong demographics cannot overcome excessive occupancy costs, poor access or unrealistic sales capture. SiteThesis keeps those tradeoffs visible and converts them into a decision.
