Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective September 3, 2026

SubSaharaData LLC provides SiteThesis services, processes SiteThesis payments and administers this cancellation and refund policy.

Before work begins

You may request cancellation before scope validation and analytical work begin. Approved cancellations receive a refund to the original payment method, less any nonrefundable processing costs permitted by law.

After work begins

Because each report uses customer-specific inputs and analyst time, payments become nonrefundable once scope has been validated and work has begun.

Scope conflicts

If a request falls outside the standard report scope, we will offer a revised scope and price. If you decline before work begins, we will cancel and refund the standard report payment.

Corrections

The $995 report includes one consolidated factual-correction round requested within seven calendar days of delivery. It does not include a new location, concept, scenario set or expanded research scope.
